The Ottawa Law Review (OLR) is delighted to share the outstanding success of the recent Volume 57 Dinner, hosted on November 18, 2025.
This extraordinary evening brought together members of our legal community and celebrated the enduring legacy of the OLR. Attendees included former editors from Volume 54 to current editors of Volume 57, alongside distinguished guests such as The Honourable Sébastien Grammond of the Federal Court, Mr. Mark Power and Mr. Darius Bossé from our generous sponsor Juristes Power, Dean Sophie Thériault, vice-dean Pacifique Manirakiza, Professors Suzanne Bouclin and Denis Boivin, and our faculty advisors, Kyle Kirkup and Yan Campagnolo.
Generously sponsored by Power Law, the event celebrated the scholarly achievements published in the OLR’s 57 volumes. It provided a platform for engaging discussions and meaningful connections among student editors, alumni, and honorary patrons.
Furthermore, the 2025 Campagnolo Leadership Award was presented during the evening to Alexandra Son, Volume 56 Editor-in-Chief of English Articles. This prestigious award recognized her remarkable contributions to the OLR during the 2024–2025 academic year. Congratulations, Alexandra!
The OLR extends its heartfelt gratitude to all who attended and contributed to the success of this event. Your presence, participation, and support made the event truly unforgettable—and it exemplifies our community’s strength and its commitment to advancing legal scholarship and discourse.
